Segs opened as a humble smoke food restaurant, specializing in tender smoked chicken and pork, paired with Whole roasted Red Snapper and grilled Baracuda fish meals. The kitchen was a warm, bustling workshop where wood, heat, and ambition mingled.

In 2020, Segs explored freezing techniques that could lock in smoky flavors and tender textures, ensuring consistency from smoker to home.
The restaurant expanded from smoked chicken and pork to a broader slate of meats—lamb, beef, turkey—each chosen for its character and ability to sing under smoke.
The evolution wasn't about changing who Segs was; it was about amplifying the core craft—low-and-slow smoking, careful curing, and bold seasoning—so that customers could enjoy Segs wherever they were, whenever they wanted.

Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return like personalized items and Perishable items.
